The Cave (4.5%) is a pale and hoppy beer brewed with Endeavour and Chinook hops. Cave is named after Queens Cave, in West Dipton Woods, that Queen Margaret sheltered in following defeat at the Battle of Hexham during the War of the Roses.
Intrepid walkers may still find the cave hidden in a ravine near to the Dipton Mill Inn and brewery.

The oldest brewery in Northumberland, Hexhamshire is now ran by Mark. The beers have names associated with our region and its folklore along with some excellent special additions. Our boys are in the same class at school, there is definatley a link in these family businesses!
