Le miel qui coule est produit pendant les mois d'été. Un beau miel à la texture légère produit par les abeilles butinant des tilleuls, des mûres, du baume de pissenlit et de la bourrache.
Populaire pour une utilisation dans les recettes demandant du miel qui coule, ou pour ceux qui veulent un miel qui coule à utiliser car ce miel est versable, mais veuillez noter que bien que ce miel commence à couler, comme avec tout le miel pur, il s'épaissit, se granule et se met en place. au fil du temps et surtout dans des conditions plus fraîches. Si on le préfère à l'état liquide, il suffit de le réchauffer doucement au bain-marie.

Northumbrian Honey
Re-wind to 2015, starting out whilst Suzie was completing a PhD in molecular nutrition an an idea was born out of a passion for bees, Champagne, and honey.
Luke kept bees as a hobby, as he did do since around the age of 10 and Suzie quickly got the beekeeping bug when they met back in 2011.
Combining Suzie’s science background and their joint love of bees, champagne and honey, an idea was formed and many trials followed to see if you could make the bee equivalent of Champagne!
