In 1902 Jane Dodds married Albert Baimbridge. They lived in a small mining village in the North East of England. Using many traditional recipes that had been passed down to her by her mother, Jane handmade wonderful fudge for her family & friends in the kitchen of her home. We are the ‘third generation’ of the family. Based on the Heritage Coast in the North East of England we are known as The Canny Candy Gadgies. Using high quality ingredients, master sugar boilers manufacture our handcrafted Fudge, Brittle, Coconut Ice & Honeycomb to Jane’s exacting standards.
